Michelle & Matt’s wedding at Peddler's Village was such an incredible day to photograph. As a wedding photographer, I truly think this is one of the most underrated wedding venues in Pennsylvania. Many couples do not even realize that you can actually get married at Peddler’s Village, but it offers such a fun, romantic, and unique wedding experience right in the heart of Bucks County.

The day started with both Michelle and Matt getting ready in separate locations on the property. The bridal suite was absolutely beautiful with so much natural light pouring in through the windows. Natural light is a dream for wedding photography, and it made every moment feel soft and timeless. We captured some creative bridal portraits by the window and even took a few fun photos in the tub that turned out amazing.

After getting ready, we moved into the emotional father daughter first look followed by bridal portraits. Behind the bridal suite, there was a gorgeous open field that gave us the perfect backdrop for photos. Even though it was a cloudy wedding day, the overcast skies actually created the dreamiest lighting for portraits. Cloudy weather can be so underrated for wedding photography because it gives soft and even light that photographs beautifully.

One of the most fun parts of the day was when the bridesmaids wanted to take photos on the carousel at Peddler's Village. The images turned out so cute and playful. If you are planning a wedding there, just keep in mind that the venue charges around $40 to use the carousel for wedding photos. It was definitely worth it for the unique shots we captured.

The ceremony took place at the gazebo, which had such a romantic atmosphere. One thing to note is that Peddler's Village does remain open to the public during weddings, so there may be people walking around nearby. Thankfully, it was not overly busy during Michelle & Matt’s ceremony, and the entire space still felt intimate and relaxed. The ceremony location truly had the best vibes.

After the ceremony, we moved into family portraits and then explored the property for bride and groom portraits. One of the best things about a Peddler's Village wedding is the variety of photo locations all within walking distance. From charming pathways and gardens to open fields and village storefronts, there are endless opportunities for beautiful wedding photos.

Once portraits were finished, I encouraged Michelle & Matt to fully enjoy their cocktail hour while I captured reception details and candid moments. Also, I have to mention the vendor meal because it was amazing. I had surf and turf, and the staff truly took such great care of everyone working the wedding. It always means so much when a venue values their vendors and creates such a welcoming environment.

Overall, Michelle & Matt’s Peddler's Village wedding was such a fun and memorable day. The venue offers beautiful scenery, unique photo opportunities, and such a relaxed atmosphere for couples and guests. I highly recommend considering Peddler’s Village if you are searching for a unique Bucks County wedding venue.
